Kevin A. Hartinger, President/CEO
Kevin A. Hartinger founded Capital Image Cleaning & Contracting, Inc. (CICC) in 2001 with the goal to provide top quality residential and commercial maintenance services to the Metropolitan Washington D.C. area. Through dedication and hard work, Kevin has taken CICC and turned it into one of the leading maintenance companies the area has to offer. CICC was founded on the basis that high quality workmanship along with extraordinary customer service would prevail above anything else and he is proud to say that over the years that standard remains a guiding principle for CICC services.
Kevin is native to the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area, born and raised in Olney, MD and currently resides in Gaithersburg, MD. He earned a Bachelors of Arts degree from Marymount University in Arlington, VA and is an alumnus of Good Counsel High School in Olney, MD.
Brian E. Dowd, Director of Sales
Brian E. Dowd has been with Capital Image Cleaning & Contracting, Inc. (CICC) since July of 2006. He was first brought into the company part-time as a Customer Service Representative and has risen through the ranks to become an integral part of the organization and is now responsible for customer relations, business development, and estimating. Among Brian's many responsibilities his main focus is customer relations and business development.
Brian was born and raised in Rockville, MD and is where he currently resides. He earned a Bachelors of Arts degree from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA and is an alumnus of Georgetown Preparatory School in North Bethesda, MD.
Amy Kaplan, Director of Marketing & Public Relations
Amy Kaplan joined Capital Image Cleaning & Contracting, Inc. (CICC) in April 2005. Her knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies is one of the main contributions to our continued success. Her attention to detail, presentation, and unparallel customer service is uniquely rare and mirrors the personality of our company. Amy is the head of the marketing and communications department. She creates, publishes, and develops all materials pertaining to company identity and public relations.
Amy grew up in Potomac, Maryland and graduated from Winston Churchill High School in Potomac, MD. She is also an alumnus of University of Maryland (BA) and the Art Institute of Washington (D).
Cecilia Arauz, Director of Maintenance Operations
Cecilia Arauz has been with Capital Image Cleaning & Contracting, Inc. since January, 2005. She was first brought in as Cleaning Technician and now has become instrumental in the organization as the Director of Maintenance Operations. She handles employee relations, quality assurance and customer service.
Cecilia was born in Bolivia where she received her education and now resides in Gaithersburg, MD.
Sergio A. Arauz, Maintenance Supervisor
Sergio Arauz has been with Capital Image Cleaning & Contracting, Inc. since March 2006. He was first brought in as a Cleaning Technician and has since been promoted to Maintenance Supervisor in charge of Maintenance Crews. Among Sergio's responsibilities are employee relations, quality assurance and customer service.
Sergio graduated from Quince Orchard High School in Gaithersburg, MD and is currently continuing his education at Montgomery College in Rockville, MD, where he is pursuing a degree in Business Management. He resides in Gaithersburg, MD.
Saul Martinez, Jr., Director of Recruiting
Saul Martinez, Jr. has been with Capital Image Cleaning & Contracting, Inc. since October 2008. Saul brings 10 plus years of networking/promotions experience working in the communications industry. He owned a promotional and marketing firm prior to starting with Capital Image. Saul will have a strong impact heading up the Recruiting Department and handling all Recruiting activities. Among Saul's many responsibilities he is responsible for full cycle recruitment, retention, employee relations as well as client services.
Saul was born and raised in Silver Spring and currently resides in Germantown, Maryland. He graduated from University of Maryland College Park, and is an alumnus of Kennedy High School in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Jose Terrazas, Director of Disaster Recovery, Construction Services
Jose has been with Capital Image Cleaning & Contracting, Inc. April 2008. Jose was brought in as a Cleaning Technician and Disaster Recovery Specialist. He has 15 plus years expertise in the construction industry and main focus is production and quality control within the Disaster Recovery – Construction Division. Jose oversees all Disaster Recovery operations from conception to completion. Jose resides in Gaithersburg, Maryland
